I had a viewer ask if Russia was setting itself up for invasion by a foreign power. I don't consider this a possibility since there are so few expeditionary armies capable of invading Russia.

An expeditionary army can be considered a force capable of meeting an objective in a foreign country.

The 4 types of armies are:
Defensive
Internal Security
Palace Guard
Expeditionary
