This was St Patrick's Festival at Gulf Place when Whiskey of The Damned paid tribute to friends they lost. The night before, March 11 2016 we lost our own Kenny Oliverio from Dread Clampitt.
Appropriately it was raining hard, but this song shone through the clouds.
