Daniel Morgan has a message for the British, “Thus far shalt thou go and no further”

Daniel Morgan, father of American special operations, and his rifleman, take down 600 British on this day just south of Saratoga at freeman’s farm. Using his sharpshooters and guerrilla warfare tactics, he plans an extremely successful ambush, that would kill many British soldiers and officers alike. A practice that was frowned upon in that era of warfare. Morgan is one of the little known heroes of the revolution.
