The Good Book says we ought to love our neighbors, and nobody makes it easier to practice that Old-time Religion than Boxcar Charlie! But where has the legendary hero of Tacoma gone? The back alleys of the Hilltop don't quite have the same charm ever since he hitched his caboose to the last train headed for the coast.
I caught up with him and the misses in the sleepy harbor town of Hoquiam Poquiam on my way back from the beach and this is what he had to say.
