DBFZ is becoming GAME CHANGING!?

A new balance patch is on its way to DBFZ AND I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE THE BALANCE UPDATES. I love the game and I respect the thoughts on the comp community so ill be happy either way if the game is balanced - regardless if I love 21 or not!
