Bacon wrapped asparagus #holidaysides #shorts

Chop the white end off your asparagus and wrap a bunch of 4 with regular cut bacon (room temp bacon wraps easy). Place in a casserole pan and season the ends with kosher salt, black pepper & garlic all over and indirect cook at 350 for about an hour while pouring grease halfway through the cook. Better option would be on a warming rack on a sheet pan to get a more even cook. #shorts #holidaysides
