Backroom manipulations are supposed to be secret or semi-secret. By their very nature not everything can be confirmed. I am very very careful to distinguish fact, speculation, and rumour. I trust members when they are given the above distinctions to DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES. We don't need an LP "Ministry of Truth" to protect you and we don't need people in positions of privilege "protecting" the plebes from "disinformation."
