Short summary:
1. Body positioning should improve by rounding the shoulders forward slightly and lifting the chin to bring the head position higher in the water.
2. Right arm takes about a second to catch the water by the time it enters the water. Raise the arms (both) "up" towards the surface of the water to reduce drag and have a better possibility of catching the water sooner. Idea is to have the arms never stop moving like a bike crank.
3. Kick should be done with full leg and reduce as much knee bending as possible. Bending the knees induce a sharp jolt usage of the quads, which should always be avoided. Using the full leg also reduces the force required to get a strong kick by utilizing more surface area of the leg to provide propulsion.
