Fall Pasta Salad - Sweet and Savory Meals

🍓INGREDIENTS🍓:
1 medium butternut squash (peeled and cut into bite-size pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg nutmeg
16 ounces dry pasta (I used rotini)
2 cups chopped raw broccoli
1 cup diced celery
15 oz can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
8 oz goat cheese (cut into small cubes)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 small red onion (diced)
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Apple cider mustard dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 cloves garlic (grated)
1 tablespoon molasses
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt and pepper (to taste)
