Release Tension In Shoulders With A 10 Minute Yoga Sequence
Shoulder stretching is especially important if you have a desk job where you might be hunched over your desk for a significant period of time each day. The shoulders eventually begin to round, causing poor posture - along with a whole host of problems to suit.
Releasing and working on your shoulder strength, tendon flexibility, and joint movement helps keep your shoulder in proper alignment and maintain great posture.
