Let’s discuss what in the world has happened to Cardano, what my action plan is, and what I see happening in the future.

eToro delisting Cardano:
A couple of weeks back eToro posted a press release stating they would limit trading of ADA and TRX for U.S. users.

When I read this I was a bit surprised because it was my understanding and I had read in the past IOHK, the foundation behind Cardano was extremely stringent in following current regulations and ensuring a proper launch of their token so there wouldn’t be issues in the future.

ICOs, for example, are still a big gray area because it is hard to say if an ICO should pass the Howey test or if in fact, it is an investment security that should be regulated by the SEC.
