In what looks to be a Regional Menu Item on the McDonald'sĀ® Menu, I'm reviewing their GUAVA & CREME PIE for the First Time Ever here on the Channel! That's right! I've always seen this one on the menu outside of their Promo Pies so now I'm finally giving it a shot!
