157.5 Kgs Squat Heavy Single. Dialing it back, but this is encouraging!
After having a rough go with squats after my failed 190 Kgs attempt, I decided to play it smart, and dial the training max weight back a bit; so I can give myself a little room to breath, and recover, while also focusing on building my strength with squatting back up again. The warm up weights preceding this felt pretty heavy, so I was expecting this to be fairly difficult, and even dialed it down 2.5 Kgs from 160, to play it safe. However, this ended up moving really well, and felt very easy. This is hopefully a sign that I am sloely but surely turning things around, with the movement.
