In this video, I discuss the unfolding bear market that has been triggered by the Fed.

The Fed is trapped. They can either choose to control inflation and tank the stock market, or print money and pump stocks and risk more inflation. Ultimately, the Fed will need to print money and continue to monetize US government deficit spending.

Until the Fed reverses course, expect lots of volatility, and possibly even some companies and stablecoins to blow up.

When the tide goes out, you can see who has been swimming naked, as Warren Buffett likes to say. The reflexivity doom loop also ensures that companies with large stock declines lose talent, which further hurts the company and its stock price.

Bitcoin remains the best risk-on asset and risk-off asset. The markets just haven't discovered it yet.
