The Gun Control lobby hates the Defensive Gun Use stats for two main reasons.

1st Reason is that they can't counter it because it's simple logic.

Way more people are using guns in self-defense compared to the gun control lobby's supposed number of "lives saved."

The 2nd Reason they hate that stat is because those numbers come from the CDC.

Well, they used to.

You see, the Gun Control lobby hated that stat so much they pressured the CDC to remove it from the CDC Website because it was making it harder for the Gun Control Lobby to get gun control laws passed.

Mark Bryant, who runs the anti-gun Gun Violence Archive, sent the CDC an email saying:

"That 2.5 Million number needs to be killed, buried, dug up, killed again and buried again."

He then goes on to say: "Put simply, in the time that study has been published as 'a CDC Study' gun violence prevention policy has ground to a halt, in no small part because of the misinformation that small study provided."
