Building community - my experience

In this video I discuss some of my experiences with communities, online in particular. Some topics that I cover are leadership, authority, justice, influence status and reliability. I also talk about how to build communities, what I have seen work, why I think it works, etc.
All of this is based in years of interactions with being online, talking to lots of types of people over years, participating in gatherings and turning them into something lasting. While nothing lasts forever, being in a community and understanding some of how they work can enhance your life experience.
