Dried sage or thyme 1 tsp
Fresh ground black pepper lots and lots
Butter 100g / 3.5oz
For the cavity garlic - herbs - rosemary - thyme - parsley - bay
Moire poix
Onions - Leeks - Carrots - Celery - Garlic - Bay - Thyme - Rosemary - black pepper corns
