A Streets Of Rage 2 ROM hack made by Savok. All of the Enemies and of course the main Characters have been replaced. With new movesets we have Mike, Don, Raph Leo, April, Master Splinter and Casey Jones. This was not only an excellent hack, It was very fun to play. I'm also excited to say this is the first ROM hack posted which uses our screen replacer tool! I definitely give this one a 10 out of 10, and recommend you try it out!
