The Russian Ministry of Defense showed a video of the meeting of the naval detachments of the Pacific Fleet and the Chinese Navy at the joint Russian-Chinese exercises "Naval Interaction - 2022".

“The day before, detachments of warships of the Pacific Fleet (Pacific Fleet) and the Naval Forces of the People’s Liberation Army of China met in the waters of the East China Sea south of Chujudo Island,” the message says.

Rear Admiral Valery Kazakov and Rear Admiral Wang Yu greeted each other by radio and agreed on plans for joint work. After that, Russian and Chinese ships headed for the exercise area.

At sea, Russian and Chinese sailors practiced joint tactical maneuvering and conducted a communications drill. Ka-27 carrier-based anti-submarine helicopters of the Russian Navy performed flights over the waters of the East China Sea. #DonbassDevushka
