Crossover Crashes Into Tree, Building In Concord

Concord police were sent to Jennings Drive on Dec. 22, 2022, to investigate a crash. A woman, driving a crossover, somehow drove up onto the sidewalk, into a tree, and struck an apartment at Concord Housing Authority's complex. There was no structural damage to the building, just a pillar. The tree was completely taken out.
