In this episode of (un)ANSWERED Pastor Wade goes over the Bronze Serpent mentioned by Jesus in the book of Numbers. All the people were commanded to look at the bronze serpent on the pole as it was lifted up. Serpents were considered animals of the curse from Genesis 3. So the people looked to what is cursed to save them. What does Jesus become when He is lifted up on the cross? He becomes a curse for us as He takes our curses of sin. Only by looking to Him can we be saved.
