This is the 2nd time this type of truck has appeared since Dec 10, from 714 to 818 am, very, very loudly, next to my apartment. The use of fuel tank trucks to harass me, started, sometimes in 2011, as I recall, the spies used to bring this type of truck almost at a rate of one every two weeks, to the building where I live, between 3 and 5 am.
