In Memory Rom Computing

Low power pre-cached operations result translations in local ROM/RAM in-memory, no pipelining.
Mask/writable ROM has no constant power to keep the state, L2 with SRAM does not have to be powered, only in pulse queries and writes, optimal minimal memory power.
