While many small businesses closed permanently and people lost their jobs; some got richer.
The reason is not that they are smart-ok they are smart. However, they have the politicians and the Governments by the B..LS. They exchange money between them and taking this money from taxpayers. Designed tax havens etc. It is CORRUPT v SMART.
When the pharma got richer, the army industry that is always on top of the list – got really jealous.
