Quick video showing how one of these old diesels should start. Glow plugs replaced 2 years ago, 200k miles, run the glow plugs for about 2 cycles of time below 20F (light means nothing, just an idiot light on a timer based on temp, glow plugs run for up to 3 mins on their own even after it starts).
