The dollar store here HAS the tote bags I was looking for.

But... now I'm thinking... duct tape.

Duct tape fixes everything, right?

Just apply it so that it's supporting the bottom and extends well beyond the bag itself. - The exact length depends on how long you want the strap to be. - Just loop it around 3 or 4 times. - And then add a strip onto the sticky part on the inner side that extends beyond the bag.

Whatever... I might just go ahead and get another tote bag from the dollar store.
