When THIS Happens, STOP Trading!

If you want to have success as a day trader or swing trader, you must be fully in tune with your thoughts and emotions. We are all the same in the fact we are all humans and not robots. In other words, we all have emotions. With that being said, we are all different within the world of emotions in regards to what causes certain emotions to arise. This is where you need to place your focus as a trader. No one can teach you how to navigate your emotions other than you. Different scenarios and circumstances trigger us in different ways. I want to share with you one of those situations that can cause me to lose my mind and do stupid things. While it may not be an exact trigger for you, I would guess it is within the same ballpark of situation that may cause you to lose your mind. No theory here! I will be using an actual trade that occurred to me to help illustrate this point. Everything was caught, live, on video so this will hopefully make the example that much more powerful. When these sorts of situations happen, odds are, you better STOP trading!
