Be Real

What do you think outweighs everything else in making a first impression?

I have learned over time that it's really all about being you, about being authentic, about being real, and not being a carbon copy of someone else because that doesn't work. So just be yourself. If you've got some flaws or something that you want to get out of yourself, I usually say something at the very beginning of anything I'm doing, and I that people know. So there won't be any questions because when someone does something and give a question about it, it's just stayed with you the whole time they're talking. So I'd like to get it out of the way right away. So just be real because everybody appreciates real.
