A police inspector in Uttar Pradesh's Mau slapped a retired armyman during a heated argument. This angered the armyman and he rained blows on the hapless cop as others present there came to his rescue and separated the two men. The armyman says that the cop used abusive language and slapped him after which he retaliated.
