When is ATF Likely to Drop Their New Pistol Brace Rule?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, tries to look into the crystal ball and determine when ATF is going to publish their new and improved version of Rule 2021R-08, better known as ATF's New Rule on Firearms with Attached Stabilizing Braces. Depending on if the Biden Administration wants a quite rollout or another "spike the football in their face" moments, it could be any day now when the rule drops.
