This matter is now remanded back to the Southern District of California, in San Diego, before Judge Benetiz, the same author of the original injunction against California's magazine ban. After the Supreme Court published their Bruen opinion, Appellant's counsel was quick, and wise, to file supplemental briefing. This in turn led to the State of California responding in kind.
