Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses some big developments in the matter of Brumback v. Ferguson, a case filed by the Silent Majority Foundation in the Eastern District of Washington to strike down RCW 9.41.370, better known as Washington's standard capacity magazine ban. A motion for a temporary injunction is set for November 23, 2022.
