15 Below Zero and the poultry need water.

It's December 23, 2022 and a deep freeze has hit a large part of the United States. West Virginia occasionally sees wind-chill temperatures below zero, but not normally in December. Here I take you on a quick trip as I take fresh water out to the poultry.

**Using the oven: I have a vintage oven which uses a standing pilot light. This means the pilot light is always on, there is no igniter. My oven, therefore, stays warm enough to incubate ferments.
