Ask the FFL: ATF Form 4999. The Prerequisites

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk and Securite Gun Club Retail Director (and FLL), Kyal Metcalf, sit down for the second in a series of videos called "Ask the FFL." In this series, will be going through Form 4473 as well as ATF Form 4999 in great detail, trying to interpret what the ATF is saying and planning to do with their new rules on firearms equipped with pistol braces. This rule is set to drop, again, in December, giving all of us a mere 120 days to figure what this means to all of us and what we can do about this.
