Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a recent letter, signed by 24 State Attorney Generals, to the CEOs of Visa, MasterCard and American Express, about their intent to adopt the new merchant code recently adopted by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) which amazingly, despite being an international organization, found the need to help certain political agendas inside the United States the ability to track gun purchases.
