Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, answers a question we've been getting a lot lately, which is "what if I just decide to violate Washington's new magazine law and do what I want?" It's a good question for many reasons. One, there is no doubt that such a restriction is not only meaningless in the hopes of "saving lives" but these restrictions clearly violate our Second Amendment Rights as well as our State Constitutional Rights under Art. 1, Sec. 24.
