Khoi Dang Vu | An Israel Keyes Connection

Khoi Dang Vu went missing in the State of Washington back in 2007. Vancouver, WA sits on the State line with Oregon and that's the reason as to why the FBI got involved early on with the case. Israel Keyes is related to this case because Khoi's name was on his computer. Why did he search him up and is he truly guilty or is another local predator to blame? Law enforcement feel as though they're correct in their assumption that foul play is to blame and for this case I have to agree.

CORRECTION:
Even though the tip mentioned in this video was reportedly false, it turns out I made an error. I said April 6th when it would've been April 8th.
