Massive noise at PS15, from Friday Dec 23, 928 am, nonstop, overnight, to at least 844 pm Saturday. It doesn’t make sense, how a school can operate with such massive noise? It is similar to a jet’s turbines. It happens also, during weekends, holidays & school closing.
