Shredded Dad Rooftop Edition - Perfect Reps
We discussed my failure sets before, where form is less important and maximum output is the goal.
That’s literally one set of my workout and I think I am done with that for now at least.
The muscle grows through full range of motion, and using a full ROM can help in not going beyond what you can handle to decrease the risk of injury.
This allows me to work through an entire range of motion, stimulate muscle growth and also prevents injury which would negatively impact my coaching and being a super dad!
125lb dumbbells for 8 reps on incline dumbbell….because I’m an Island Boyyyyy.
