Family Duplex Destroyed by Fire and Smoke Damage

Electrical fires are real. Live life enjoyably but always have a fire plan to protect you and yours. This is my family's duplex. My Father and Step Mother live on one side, which was damaged extensively due to smoke alone. Meanwhile, this side was my Sister who was only able to escape due to climbing out on the roof and escaping through our Fathers window. It wouldn't surprise me if the overall structural integrity of this building has been compromised with how badly burnt this half of the building has sustained.
