Flashback video from the moment I experienced my first brownout in the Philippines. We had traveled and the very nice people where we stayed took care of me during this time, as you will see in the video. My wife was with grandparents and it was so dark I hoped she would avoid trying to come to where we were staying. I don't know how anyone saw anything out there. Comments are welcome.
