Rats in the Dog Food Can 🐁

White Bellied Roof Rats. It doesn't take but a minute for them to notice that the lid is off the food can, and then jump in. They're just critters trying to make it in the world too. Sometimes I trap and relocate them, but I was in a hurry getting ready for the arctic front and just wanted to let them go back to whatever warm spot they knew. There will be another time to catch them. I've raised these kinds of rats from orphans, and they're very smart, loving, and tamable.
