Q: Tau pretends to be a decentralized intelligent blockchain that updates itself and learns from humans, that is, a cybernetic intelligent agent like the one featured in the movie “transcendent”. Is this correct?
A: Correct, Tau is able to update itself and learn from humans through the communication paradigm that we have developed which is called Human Machine Human Communication. Humans or users talk to the machine in formal languages and by that the machine can understand what the users have to say. Over time, the machine aggregates that knowledge base consisting of all the formalized knowledge that has been aggregated over the system, and by that the machine can, for example, engage in discussions for you and comment upon matters or discussions without you actually having to be there. You can see Tau as a system that over time becomes more intelligent and has more knowledge being formalized over the network.
