Flu Shots in the Arm have no Effect on Mucosal Immunity

Vaccines only work on the Adaptive Immune System in the blood. They do not stimulate the mucosal or Innate Immune System in the Lungs, Stomach Nose etc where the virus first presents itself. So vaxes do nothing to prevent infection. They only come into effect after infection and even then only generate a poor weak immune response because the body is not exposed to the full virus. This also confuses the Immune System as to how to react in the future.
