DIY object tracking camera slider

My favorite project to date was this one since it allowed me to combine my passion in DIY crafts with my love of filming. A camera pans across a scene while subtly rotating to keep the subject in the same area of the frame. This cinematic, 3D-like look is something I've always wanted to recreate. This gives a 2D video that would normally be 2D a highly distinctive depth/3D effect. I made a DIY camera slider utilizing in order to duplicate amazing camera images without having to spend a fortune on Hollywood-quality equipment.
