Silver Tempest Elite Trainer: Wanted Lugia, Got More Than Expected! Big Hit!

Welcome to our channel and happy holidays. Today I am joined once again by a future video streamer my nephew "PikachuBV". We made a practice video last time, and thought since we got some cool gifts for Christmas, that we would share it with all of you.
We were hoping for a Lugia (from what I have been told by the LGS) and did we ever strike gold at the bottom of that rainbow. Needless to say, PikachuBV is pretty happy! A nicely graded version of the card goes for around $300-$400.
