Fed Court Rules Christian Doctors Can Refuse Transition Surgeries | The Chad Prather Show

Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act states that federally funded health care programs cannot discriminate against patients on the basis of sex. Now, I want you all to put your "commonsense helmets" on, make sure you tie the bow tight underneath your chin, and give that propeller a good spin. What the h*ll do YOU imagine “discrimination on the basis of sex” means? Because I can tell you that it’s been used ever since to shoehorn abortions and transgender surgeries, INCLUDING THOSE DONE ON CHILDREN. Understand something, folks: Under this provision, in this act that was voted on and ratified by people we, the people of the United States of America, elected to office, doctors have had no options available to them in cases where, for religious reasons, medical reasons, or both, they didn’t feel that performing these surgeries was the right thing to do.
