Freezing temps and busted pipes

This global warming has seriously put a crimp in our winter. On top of record breaking low temps, we lost power for several hours and now, we barely have a dribble coming from our faucets because there are so many people with leaks and dripping faucets that the town can’t keep up the water pressure.
