Can a Child Be "abandoned" before it is born? Kentucky says no!

Mom and Dad are dating, but mom is sleeping around and comes up pregnant, decides she likes the new boyfriend better, and declares him the father. When the baby is stillborn, they sue, and only later does the real dad find out. This is a crazy mixed up tale of parents chasing the dime for the death of their child.
