Maricopa County I.T. is INCOMPETENT!!!

A rant from a former I.T. specialist. Even if we take all of the claims of the Maricopa County election officials at face value, then the ONLY conclusion we can come to is that they are so completely and repeatedly incompetent that it MUST be considered malicious.
